Born and raised in Montreal, Michael Salpeter brings a unique blend of business expertise and real estate experience to every client relationship. After earning his B.Comm in Business Technology Management from Concordia University, he began his career in the corporate world, honing his skills in strategy, analytics, and client service.

Drawn to real estate, Michael made the leap into multi-residential leasing, where he quickly built a name for himself by singlehandedly closing over 100 transactions per year. This high-volume experience gave him unparalleled insight into Montreal’s housing market and sharpened his negotiation, marketing, and deal-making skills.

Today, as a licensed real estate broker, Michael leverages this background to guide buyers, sellers, investors, and renters with confidence and precision. Whether structuring an investment deal, helping a first-time buyer, or marketing a property for sale, his goal is always to make the process seamless, transparent, and successful.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys walking his Goldendoodle Leo, golfing, skiing, and connecting with new people.
